      Progress Summary
Kenya committed to increase budgetary support for the procurement of FP commodities. The government allocated $7 million in FP 2016-17, and will double this amount to $14 million in FY 2018-19 and FY 2019-20. Allocations totaled only $4.2 million in FY 2016-17 and $7.2 million in FY 2017-18, meaning the commitment was met in FY 2017-18. In FY 2018-19, $3 million was allocated, and in FY 2019-20, $11.8 million was allocated to FP procurement. These figures indicate that this commitment hasn’t been met for these years.
