The Samasha team comprised of Dr. Moses Muwonge, Dr. Dennis Buwembo and Mr. Julius Bazanyamaso conducted TMT training for the AMREF staff including the newly recruited program assistant on the accountability project in Nairobi, Kenya. The training lasted two and half days.
Thereafter, the Kenya commitments were deconstructed into 24 interventions for which process indicators were developed. This activity was based on references such as; Kenya FP2020 commitments document available on the FP2020 website, Kenya National adolescent sexual reproductive health policy implementation framework 2017-2021, Kenya Adolescent health policy and the Kenya FP Costed Implementation Plan. The commitments deconstruction process lasted one and half days.
