Advocacy Key Asks

  • Increase access to and use of FP services in private sector

In Uganda, partners under the Drug shop taskforce urge the government to scale up direct access of injectable contraceptives at private drug shops and pharmacies

  • Address Teenage pregnancy in Uganda

Teenage adolescent pregnancy stands at 25% in uganda . There is a lot of need for the government of Uganda through the Ministry of health to put in place and also implement the national adolescent health policy, the national policy for sexual and reproductive health and rights and the national school health policy . This step will play a big role in addressing teenage pregnancy in Uganda.
