Kenya held its first Motion Tracker stakeholder meeting on 03rd December 2019 at Silver Springs hotel, Nairobi-Kenya. The meeting was jointly organized by Ministry of Planning through the National Council for Population and Development, Ministry of health through the RHMU and Amref Health Africa – Kenya.
After two months of data collection, between September and November 2019, of the 30 CSOs approached, 16 CSOs duly responded to Key informant interviews. Key findings. Of the 24 key interventions deconstructed from Kenya’s FP2020 commitments only 3 were met; Revision of the CIP, Dissemination of the CIP at national and county level and development of the annual quantification and forecasting report for FP commodities.
