The Ministry of Health with support from the FP technical working groups advocated and created a separate budget line for FP in 2017. the Government of Zambia (GoZ) allocated and released USD 1.4million (FY 2017/18) and USD 1.7million (FY 2018/19) to family planning commodities respectively.
